RTSTM solutions employ low environmental impact methods that increase the economic value of discarded textiles while promoting recycling and the closed-loop process of synthetic fabrics.
Our goals
- We utilize mechanical recycling processes, which the color is not removed from textiles, to EMBRACE recycled materials into our monofilaments. This approach promotes the recycling of textile waste while maintaining the product's aesthetic appeal and functional performance.
- Anticipated textile waste includes pre-consumer PET yarn waste, pre-consumer PET textile waste (including TPEE), and post-consumer textile waste which has been disassembled and sorted by different materials.
The tensile strength of monofilament suffices thanks to the outer layer(s).
The value of product (physical properties and cosmetics) is also retained.
